Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy
We will process and ship your order within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We only ship to Indonesia. The estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after shipment. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather or logistics reasons.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number for you to check the delivery status online.

All customs duties, taxes and additional fees are the buyer's responsibility. We are not liable for package detention caused by local customs regulations.

If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or invalid contact information, the shipping fee is non-refundable and reshipment is not supported.
